Description

All prints are professionally printed by UK base award winning Fine Art print studio with Fine Art Trade Guild approved equipments. They are printed using pigment base ink on high quality archival paper, Fine Art Trade Guild approved equipment. The use of museum grade paper and printing process ensures each print meets the highest standards and lasts longer without fading.

Print is from the original painting designed and hand painted by Shafina Ali.  A commission designed for a client based in Kent, UK . The original was painted with Gouache and watercolour on traditionally prepared mount board.  The colour scheme of grey, gold and hint of maroon and black. She chose Maghrebi script as the calligraphy style and border to be in Classic illumination design.

Header: The design I used for this sticker is from the Surah Fatihah commission painting I created for an Indonesian client. It is inspired by Persian illumination known as the Taj (Crown) made out of Eslimi (Aradesque) and Khataei patterns. Footer: Frame design is call the Sar Lowh (Epigraph) made out of Eslimi (Aradesque) and Khataei pattern. I removed the calligraphy using a photo editing software and then I created the stickers using Design Space and Cricut Explorer Air 2.   Set Includes TWO Matt Paper Sticker for each design:
  • 2x Header – Taj (Crown) pattern
  • 2x Footer – Sar Lowh (Epigraph) pattern
